The Music Man StingRay Old Smoothie Mint Green 2017 is a stunning tribute to the iconic StingRay bass, blending vintage aesthetics with modern precision. Featuring a contoured ash body in a rich butterscotch finish, it exudes retro charm while retaining the ergonomic design of the classic StingRay. The maple neck with a satin finish offers smooth playability, and its maple fingerboard with 21 frets delivers a bright tonal character.

Equipped with a specially designed humbucking pickup, positioned slightly closer to the bridge than standard models, the Old Smoothie delivers warm and smooth tones that earned it its nickname. Its 2-band active EQ system provides precise control over bass and treble frequencies, making it versatile for genres like funk, rock, and pop. The hardened steel bridge with adjustable saddles ensures excellent intonation and sustain, while Schaller BM tuners offer reliable tuning stability.

There are some marks in the finish on the rear of the body.
