At Bass Direct, we offer a wide selection of pre-owned instruments and provide several ways to sell your gear!

Commission Sale:

We sell your bass on your behalf and pay you 7 days after the sale. Your instrument will be professionally photographed and featured on our social media, newsletter, and other platforms. We offer a variable commission rate ranging from 20% to 15%, depending on the value of the item. This option provides the best return for your instrument.

Part Exchange:

We’re happy to offer part exchange for your items, allowing you to trade them for anything in store. While this provides instant value, the return is lower compared to a commission sale. You can also choose to exchange your items for store credit.

Purchase:

If you need to sell your items quickly, we’re happy to purchase them directly from you. However, please note that the return will be lower compared to part exchange and commission sale options. We can pay you via bank transfer or PayPal—PayPal provides instant payment, while bank transfers may take several hours to process.
