Shipping Information

How are items dispatched?

We use reliable, tracked shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Small items – Strings, hardware, pickups, preamps, pedals, and other small accessories are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 within Mainland UK, and Royal Mail International Tracked for international orders.

• Large items – Bass guitars, amplifiers, cabinets, gig bags, cases, and other bulky items are dispatched via Parcelforce for Mainland UK deliveries. For international orders, we use trusted couriers such as Parcelforce, UPS, or DPD, depending on the destination.

Delivery Times & Cut-Offs:

• UK Mainland: We offer a next working day delivery service (Monday to Friday).

• Order cut-off times:

  • Small items: 3:30 PM

  • Large items: 1:45 PM

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges apply to all orders and are based on the size of the item and your delivery location. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

International orders: Any orders being shipped outside the UK will not be charged VAT at checkout. Instead, you will be responsible for paying local VAT and any applicable import duties when your items enter your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our pricing.

Tracking: Tracking information will be sent directly to your provided email address or phone number by the courier, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
