Doug Wimbish Signature, Amber

The original 1977 design by Ned Steinburger that has been copied by some of the World's largest bass companies but never bettered. By the original and best, hand crafted by Spector's European division, these are top flight basses worthy of serious consideration.

This is a replica of Doug's original 80s bass that is still his bass of choice today. It features a slimmer profile neck, more similar to a jazz bass, and an upgraded USA Quilt Maple top worth £300. Fast and easy to play with those big, clear Spector tones - a very special instrument.
