Introducing the Nordstrand Guitars NX5 Bolt On Bass Guitar:

This bass is the pinnacle of what a bass guitar can be. These instruments are made entirely in the Nordstrand shop in Southern California by a small group of dedicated craftsmen.  The care that we put into every instrument is apparent in the obvious attention to the smallest detail.

Features include:

34.5” scale 22 fret bolt-on necks made from three pieces of Maple.

Ash, Alder, Walnut, or Mahogany body, with your choice of a top selected from the Nordstrand stock. The top also includes a matching headstock and veneer line.

Fingerboard options include Bird's eye Maple, East Indian Rosewood, Cocobolo, Pau Ferro, and Bubinga.

Nordstrand 3 band preamp specifically voiced to sound great with our pickups.  The control layout includes a passive tone and a pull switch on the volume for switching to passive mode.  There is also a pull on the mid pot to allow a 2nd mid frequency.

An NX5 with a beautiful Spalted Maple top over an Ash body, 3 piece Maple neck and Bird's eye Maple fingerboard with Abalone blocks, Big Single pickups with matching wood covers.
