One of the best tools for bass players who struggle to hear themselves in a mix or have to play at low volume and lose the feel of the bass - ideal for rehearsing silently at home, perfect for recording and amazing on stage for that incredible bass feel that is impossible to achieve from from cabs alone.

Bass players using In-Ear systems on stage suffer from lacking punch and sub frequencies which prevent them from controlling their playing. How do I sound out there? Am I always tight with the drummer? I can’t hear myself! Most of you might be familiar with this …The Bass Board is the ideal subwoofer floor for stages, studio, rehearsal room or even bedroom. Two LFA2 (low frequency) transducers moving the bass into your body. A great experience many professional bass players are not willing to do without any longer. Feeling your instrument and what you play has never been as intense before. The additional phones out and the vibration-proof suspension of the base plate let you rehearse at home late at night without bothering your neighbours.

The Bass Board is driven by the specially developed Bass Pump. This setup gives you a system that works on its own and fits every occasion. You can very well power the Bass Board by a regular bass amp, either as a stand-alone subwoofer or as an addition to your existing cabinet. Bass players using In-Ear systems on stage

Rocket 500

Specially developed to power the Bass Board, the Rocket 500, however, is much more than just a simple power amp. An instrument and a line in serve as inputs to the amp, a line out, a phones out with volume control and a Speakon® connector are the outputs of the Rocket 500. The effective 3-band tone control section lets you easily fine-tune the tonal characteristics. One of the highlights is the cut filter working on the speaker output, which cuts off the high frequencies, thus making the connected Bass Board (or any conventional speaker cabinet) more effective by using it as a pure subwoofer.

While your instrument connects to the Instrument In jack, an external signal source can be connected to the Line In at the same time, thus proving that the Rocket 500 is a multifunctional bass amp with lots of practical benefits.The over-dimensioned power supply and the heavy high-current toroidal core transformer offer huge power reserves and a fantastic dynamic range.

The Rocket 500 is the perfect solution for those who are unhappy with the sound of their In-Ear system – a completely new way of transmitting low frequencies.

Customer review;

Hi Mark

just a quick note to say how happy I am with my Pleasure board. As you know I’ve got lots of nice gear (EA,Vanderkley even the dreaded SVT’s)  and without doubt this is the best thing I’ve bought in years. I’m out 3 or 4 times a week and its a necessity at all types of gigs -from the big festival where I can’t hear myself because of the mix in the foldback to the tiny pub gig whereI can’t hear because I cant get away from the speaker. When I’m using in ears it puts the punch and feel back into what I’m hearing. I use it with a pleasure pump (a great Amp in its own right) and this gives me tons of headroom and control. Oh yea its works really well with double bass too which is very mind blowing.  I don’t know why everyone doesn’t own one. Anyway keep up the good work and talk soon.

cheers

Murray
